Humor can be expressed through a variety of mediums, such as jokes, stories, sarcasm, irony, wordplay, and physical gestures or expressions. It can serve many purposes, including social bonding, stress relief, and emotional regulation. Humor is subjective and what one person finds funny may not be amusing to another.
